Hi,
I would just like to say that I contacted
this company yesterday 15.03.10 with
a problem with my washing machine,
the gentleman I spoke to (which I later
found out was Richard) suggested that
I tried something first. I was amazed
he just did not want to come straight
out and rip me off for a few pounds.

Having tried what he suggested,
unfortunately, my machine still did not
want to know, on calling Richard back
he arranged for an engineer to call the
following day informing me his name
was Paul.

Paul rang the next morning
giving me a rough idea what time he
would be with me which I thought was
great as I would not be waiting all day
and wasting my precious day off.
Paul arrived repaired my machine,
was very efficient and friendly. I would
just like to say that the service I received
from this company was first class, I
would definitely recommend them to
my family and friends. They were
reliable, friendly and very efficient.

I was also quoted the price over the
phone from Richard so there were no
unexpected costs for which I was grateful.
